Santos Place Lobby and North Quarter Lane Reimagined a+ design group are delighted to be commissioned by Charter Hall to reimagine the Masterplan for Santos Place, an A-Grade commercial building, with the aim to reposition it as the leading commercial offering in Brisbane.

Our design responds by creating an amazing and uplifting street presence, with a double-height, light filled contemporary lobby which enhances the guest experience, including a reading lounge and an open meeting place with integrated artworks and technology.

This new design will integrate with the existing street links and the city network, such as bicycles and meeting places, to position Santos Place as a new destination – a¬ meeting place – to deliver social connectivity and bring people together.

The design is underpinned by our a+ ethos of designing with wellbeing and mental health in the forefront of our mind. The integration of arts, culture, people, places, and connectivity to the city network are the key ingredients in delivering a sense of belonging.
