Jason Tran is an esteemed designer practising in Sydney, with a design journey spanning over 10 remarkable years. His extensive portfolio showcases a diverse array of projects, spanning multiple disciplines, including medium to large-scale residential and commercial ventures, boutique establishments, senior housing initiatives, and transformative healthcare spaces.

Jason's design philosophy is a harmonious blend of sustainability, logical precision, and intuitive creativity. SENIOR ARCHITECT

Matt is a Registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). His career is marked by significant contributions to notable projects within the UK’s top-tier AJ Top100 architecture firms. At BPTW Architects, Matt advanced from a skilled architect to a project lead role, managing various high-profile developments, including the Hartopp & Lannoy Point project, a 134-unit Passivhaus housing development recognised at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2023. His tenure at EPR Architects involved a crucial role in the successful delivery of a large-scale residential project at King's Road Park.

Recently, Matt led the development of an affordable housing project in North London, significantly enhancing his expertise in delivering cost-effective and efficient building solutions. His extensive experience covers all phases of architectural engagement, from strategic planning and design development to construction documentation and on-site project execution. In addition to his accomplishments in the UK, Matt has also worked with Assael Architecture in London, contributing to various projects across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. His exposure to diverse architectural practices and cultures has greatly enriched his professional approach, enabling him to offer innovative and effective solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Brittney's forward-focused and outcome-driven approach is the bedrock of our office's seamless operation. Beyond her adept management of crucial administrative duties, Brittney is a highly skilled designer, actively contributing at the forefront of our projects. She effortlessly juggles these roles while also serving as Kaichi's dependable right-hand associate.
