20 Shepherd Street is a development that consists
of four different elements; one large riverfront
residential tower facing the river, a smaller mixed
used tower, a heritage building and a public plaza.
We hinged our design off of the original paper mill
on site, taking this beautiful buildings materiality
and applying it to our facades. A holistic approach
was taken to the perfectly positioned site, by
activating the waterfront paths and cycle ways.
