This proposed development is an iconic arrangement which brings vertical green to the sky. The two leaning spines expose a design that is rich in contrast yet maintains strategic balance. The towers are submerged in-to a street level podium that has been designed to span the site and offers a series of interconnected spaces ideal for commercial activity.

At ground level, the podium breathes life into the community by offering activation to all street frontages. Above ground, it delivers a serene, landscaped area that is designed for public use, social activation, and relaxation.

a+ design group have carefully considered the residents in this project, as they look through picture windows that virtually reach into the sky with varying protrusions and retractions. The high rise’s asymmetrical balanced exposure offers variance to the overall built form, delivering individual levels of privacy and exchange. These varying exposures also open opportunities for landscaped gardens to emerge whilst extending the spaces out into the views.
