The proposal houses 70 student accomodation units with a mix of single and
twin rooms combined together.
The architectural façade design and articulation consist of a mixture of rich
materials, giving a modern contemporary and luxury appeal to the target
market. A central light well and courtyard has been designed at the heart
of the building to provide natural ventilation and sunlight penetration into the
building, creating a beautiful and airy light-filled environment.
