a+ design group were appointed as the interior designers for the guestroom refurbishment of this 5-star CBD hotel.

he interior scope encompasses the refurbishment of all 415 guestrooms which included:

• 379 X Guestrooms

• 30 X Junior Suites

• 5 X Executive Suites

• 1 X Presidential Suite

The brief was to provide a room design which enhanced the guest experience for both corporate and leisure guests. The room design is contemporary, yet comfortable, and functional for guests with good lighting and technology throughout. Custom guestroom carpets were inspired by Thai lanterns, a subtle nod to the owning company’s Thai heritage.

The refurbishment was completed in late 2014.
