Civil and Structural Engineering Technician

• Participate in the initial stage of project surveys and investigations, assisting in the planning and design of civil engineering works.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring they meet design standards and specifications, and provide detailed construction guidance.

• Liaise with various project execution parties, preparing detailed technical reports, drawings, and project planning and execution documents to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the engineering design.

• Assist the project team in preparing cost estimates and project budgets.

• Identify and resolve engineering technical issues and challenges during the construction phase, providing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Assist the construction supervisor in conducting on-site inspections, monitoring the progress of civil contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician in the construction industry.

• Rich experience in Civil Engineering Projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Proficient in English and Mandarin).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
