This property has been granted a Site Compatibility Certificate under the provisions of SEPP (Affordable Rental Housing). The Certificate confirms the site’s capacity for the development of 500 apartments, half of which for affordable housing.

The two iconic forms are designed to envelop the user with a sense of arrival, to develop a language of celebration and to establish the area as a gateway into Rhodes. The concept plan comprises of 5 buildings surrounding a central landscaped space, leading to a foreshore parkland and a new bicycle connection to the foreshore reserve.

The patterned facade mimics movement of the surrounding waters, offering elements of visual stimulation and idiosyncrasy to interest the eye, whilst behaving as a thoughtfully placed sunshade, hidden within the intelligent structural design system.
