This was a three-stage development, containing 7 boutique blocks and 163 units. The colour palette was inspired by photographs taken of the natural local surroundings. Added visual interest was created by external finishes including natural stone, signature vertical timber, horizontal rendered frames and metal cladding. In a development that covers such a large area, great care was taken to break down the facade into separate pavilions, to create a smaller, more communal atmosphere.

Outdoor entertainment areas are generous, along with large windows and open-plan living. All of the light and airy 1,2 and 3 bedrooms apartments feature modern and sleek kitchens, with European appliances, to help make time in these apartments a pleasure.
