was to raise the rental value of the property. A+ design group
have proposed a resort style and luxurious family home through
rationalization of the existing floor plans and upgrade of the façade
with informed material choices of stone, timber, aluminum and a
neutral colour palette.
The front facade sandstone portals serve to frame the openings
whilst giving a strong sense of weight and solidity. Internally, the
high raked ceilings create a sense of grandeur and openness, with
a timber connecting bridge that shows off the double height atrium
space.
