Sydney is on the cusp of being launched into one of the most important areas of growth for Australia. Neighbouring the homely Mapleton Residences is the Badgery Creek Airport, linked with a high-speed rail to the city Leppington — which will accommodate a population of 300,000 whilst delivering 17,350 new houses, a civic precinct, TAFE, a health care centre, and a new communal hub.
The design intent was led by the idea in creating a place where nature and architecture entwine. The whole scheme is divided into four distinctive units offering spacious 3 bed and 4 bed spaces. The design of the individual courtyards plays a role of weaving all the units together, binding them as a community without disturbing their privacy.
