This design is an example of a two-storey modern contemporary residence contextualised to capture the essence of the site through seamlessly combining the architecture, interior, and landscape design.

The house wraps around two sides of the site, shaping a courtyard. The living area, which is designed to both capture sunlight and deliver an out-look to the beach, opens out onto a large deck, and allows for an ex-change of dialogue between the internal and the external environment. Horizontal and vertical screens as well as balconies provide modulation across the façade, the material choices allowing the surface weathering to complement the environment. .
