The existing 260sq.m apartment built in the 1970’s has expansive views over the Sydney Harbour from all areas of the apartment. The existing apartment had not been occupied for over a decade with interiors straight out of an Austin Powers movie set.

The client brief was to completely refurbish the apartment to create a con-temporary 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom family residence. Features include oak timber plank flooring to the living areas, state-of-the-art kitchens, smart lighting, motorised blinds, and bespoke joinery throughout.
