A+ Design Group have significantly boosted the student
housing market in Sydney After the demolition of an existing
car park in the heart of Chinatown. This site will soon welcome
the 15-storey accommodation facility for local and international
students. The development features 160 rooms including
shared apartments and self-contained studios to suit their
various needs. The first level brings together many facilities
including a theatre, library, fully equipped gym and study
rooms.
