Transforming an existing 5-storey office building on a
compact 398-square-meter block into an art-inspired haven
was a formidable challenge. The focus To curate a unique
experience for travellers. The project demanded both technical
prowess and aesthetic finesse, harmonising the old and the
new seamlessly.
The internal layout of rooms was carefully designed to maximise
space without compromising the essence of luxury. Every

An elegant glass box crowns the sturdy brick masonry below,
