a+ design group were appointed as the interior designers for all 483 apartments, penthouses, and public areas of this luxury residential development due to our strong hotel experience.
Rising 44 storeys above Sydney’s North Shore, The Landmark enjoys expansive views over Sydney Harbour.
The apartments and penthouses take their design clues from hotel guestrooms and suites and the residential facilities from the public areas of a luxury hotel.
Resident facilities include arrival lobby, concierge, library, formal lounge & dining room, cinemas, virtual golf, a business centre, gymnasium, and swimming pool.
Construction is expected to begin in 2017 with completion in late 2021.
